If your speeds aren't as fast as you think they should be, please check the following:
1.) Check the connections from the antenna to the modem module. Make sure they are snug.
2.) Position the Angel Wings in a place that you know will get the best signal. Your signal strength is the most important thing you have control over with internet over cellular. The wings were built to be outside, so if you can get them outside, that will give you the best chance to get a good signal and speed.
3.) Is your connection being 'throttled'? Please see this KB article here to know if this is the case: Is your connection being throttled?
4.) Are you using ANY OTHER usb cable or connectors other than the ones we provide? The USB data cables that we provide are custom built for this application. Any other USB cables may interfere with the performance of the Insty Connect.
5.) Are you using VISIBLE or a third party provider? Please see this KB article: What to expect when using Visible or any 3rd party provider.
6.) Are you using the Insty VPN or any other VPN? VPN's can significantly slow the connection. VPN's aren't designed to make the connection faster, they help to make the connection more stable and secure. In most cases, you shouldn't need to run a VPN unless you are doing zoom calls, or other items that require a secure and stable connection.
