2.) It was working GOOD, now it's SUPER SLOW

Why your internet connection may have been working great, and now it's not.

Most LTE providers give you a set amount of 'hotspot' data on your data plan.  When you are within your limit of 'hotspot data', the connection will be fast and work well.  As soon as you exceed your hotspot data limit, your provider may 'throttle' your account and limit your speeds to anywhere from .2 to 1mb per second.

So, if you were seeing GREAT speeds initially, and then 'all of a sudden' it's not working anymore.  You are probably being throttled.

The best thing to do is to contact your provider and ask them to take a look at your account and see if you can adjust the amount of hotspot data you have on your plan.

"I thought I had an unlimited plan?"

Data plans come in all shapes and sizes.  The most common plans with the big carriers may be 'unlimited', but they usually only provide 'unlimited' data while you are using the data on a PHONE.  When you use the Insty Connect, most providers see the data being used as a hotspot.

Unfortunately, we can't be of much help when it comes to this.  The best thing is to contact your provider and let them know what's going on.  It might take a call or 2 to get someone helpful, but in 99% of cases that we've seen, our customers have eventually resolved this issue to their satisfaction.
