Affiliate program terms updated Jan 1st, 2021.
The Insty partner program allows registered Insty customers to earn twenty U.S. dollars ($20 US) for each person they refer that purchases a qualified Insty product.
Enrollment in the Partner Program.
To enroll in the Insty Partner program, you must be an active user of an Insty hosting account, or have purchased a qualified Insty product and have access to our client area. The partner program is not available to the general public.
If at any time you cancel your Insty hosting account, or if your hosting account becomes suspended or terminated for lack of payment, or failing to abide by Insty's Terms of Service, your Partner account will also be immediately cancelled and any and all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
We may at any time reject or cancel any partner account if we determine at our sole discretion that your website or marketing material (including emails, banner ads, videos, or anything used to promote Insty products) is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including, but not limited to, images or content that is negative, untrue, distasteful, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable, such as sites or content that facilitate illegal activity or promote violence or promote or assist others in promoting copyright infringement.
2. Acceptable forms of Advertising
You may use the following forms of Advertising with the Insty.me partner program:
- Website banners and links
- Email Marketing - with the EXCEPTION of SPAM. (See SPAM below)
- PPV and PPC marketing with certain Exceptions - (see PPC and PPV Exceptions below.)
- Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and other social media platforms - with the exception of Spam.
3. Marketing Exceptions
SPAM -
Spam is using any means of communication with people that is unwarranted. Email spam is sending bulk email to reciepients that did not opt into your list. Email spam will not be tolerated, and any partner found using email spam will have their partner account terminated immediately and all unpaid commissions will be forfeit - no exceptions.
Social spam is just not cool. Don't use Facebook, Twitter and other social outlets just to spam your affiliate link around the web.
PPC / PPV Restrictions -
You can not bid on any PPC terms that relate to the Insty name and all variations. Including Insty.me, Insty, Insty Engage, Insty Hosting, Insty Coupons, or any variations herein.
You may not bid on any PPV URL that is owned by Insty including any of the Insty programs/ applications.
SCAM - Negative Impact Stories/Articles -
You are not allowed to create or use 'SCAM' or any negative connotations for the Insty service or product to promote your partner link. This includes creating videos, articles, websites or any other media with the purpose of drawing traffic with the use of any negative terms. This will not be tolerated, and any partner found using email spam will have their partner account terminated immediately and all unpaid commissions will be forfeited - no exceptions.
Incentives -
No monetary incentives can be given to referrals.
Directly Copying Swipes to Blogs -
Email swipes are not to be copied or published on the web. They are for use in email marketing only.
4. Commissions
For every successful purchase of a qualified Insty product, you will receive $20 USD credit to your partner account.
For every successful sign up of an Insty hosting account, you will receive $20 USD credit to your partner account after the referral has had an active account for ninety (90) days.
Commissions apply to new customers only. An existing customer, defined by any person who has had an existing account with us, or has made 1 purchase of a product at anytime in the past would not be eligible for a commission with the Insty partner program.
4.1. Qualified Products or Services
- Any annually paid Insty hosting account.
- Any Insty Connect mobile internet router with a purchase price of $300 or more.
Any other Insty product or service is not eligible for the Insty partner program.
5. Commission Payout
Commissions are able to be withdrawn after a waiting period of 90 days. Each referral commission is subject to the waiting period, and if the referral still meets the qualifications needed to generate commissions, the commission amount will be added to the affiliate's available to withdraw commissions balance.
5.1 Commission Withdrawal Balance and Payout
When the withdrawal amount is greater than $50 USD, the parter can request a commission payout through our client portal. Commissions will be payed via Paypal.
6. Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Insty partner account and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. Notice by e-mail, to your e-mail address on our records, is considered sufficient notice for to terminate this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated because you have violated the terms of this Agreement you are not eligible to receive any commissions payments, even for commissions earned prior to the date of termination. If this Agreement is terminated for any other reason, you are only eligible to earn a commission on sales occurring during the term of the Agreement, and commissions earned through the date of termination will remain payable only if the related orders are not canceled or returned. We reserve the right to withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
7. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion. Notice of any change by email, to your address in our records, or the posting on our site of a notice of a new agreement, is considered sufficient notice for notifying you of a modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Modifications may include, but may not limited to, changes in the scope of commission fees, schedules, payment procedures, and Partner program rules. Any such modifications shall take effect 48 hours after we serve notice as provided above, unless we indicate otherwise. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Partner program, following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site, will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Partner program. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Partner rogram will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
9. Disclaimer
There is absolutely no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Partner program or any Insty.me services or other items sold through the Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
10. Binding Arbitration
By participating in this affiliate program, you agree to binding arbitration for any disputes or claims that arise against Insty.me / JolinCo LLC or its subsidiaries in conjunction with any form of this program. An arbitration firm selected by insty.me / JolinCo LLC will be the sole and final arbitrator for any and all disputes or claims related or resulting from participation in this program. All decisions rendered are final. You also are responsible for any and all costs related to such arbitration.
By actively advertising your affiliate link and participating in the Insty partner program, you agree to adhere and are bound to the terms of this agreement.
